Indie bookstores and local libraries rock! Particularly one's that give warm welcome and shower you with gifts of books! There is nothing like someone really caring about handselling your book and getting the word out there to their communities! I've had a blast! Thanks to: Phayvanh and Nancy (lovely cup of tea and scruptious bake goods...plus got me on the radio!), Pat and her hubbie (the italian food and wine were awesome!), Peter and his wife (who let me pick any book II wanted from their store!), Linda and her hubbie (great coffee and lovely friends), Elizabeth and Josie (who are goddesses and absolutely showered me with too many gifts to mention)......Thank you fellow Addsionite Manager from Borders...Pat from Bear Pond Books...and Wendy Rosen and all the gorgeous libriarian ladies in Norwich, VT! You ALL Rock! Happy Holidays!

Motherhood & Booktour
What is amazing to me when I am on booktour is the amount of things that can happen in a short period of time...my new nephew was born to my brother in-law Doug and his wife, Lisa. My Uncle Tom and his wife, Trina, celebrated the pending birth of their first child with a co-ed babyshower. My daughter, Iris and my step-daughter, Meg turned a year older. My book went into 2nd printing. And my friend, Dawn got married!
Congrats to all! I love you!
